An invitation, if it feels right

I’m ready to share a little more.

The Inner Flame is a private, one-day online Imbolc retreat — five spacious hours devoted to rest, presence, and reconnection.

It’s not coaching or personal development.
There’s nothing to learn, achieve, or figure out.

It’s a pause.
A space to soften.
A chance to tend what’s quietly alive within you.

I’m holding it for a small group, just 10 women, so the space can remain intimate and well-contained.

If the idea of stepping out of effort for a day feels relieving rather than indulgent, you can find the details here.

No urgency. No pressure.
Just an invitation, offered gently.

I teach, speak, coach and mentor people to help them along their own individual path, based on what lore we have, but also allowing for each individual path to develop as it needs to.

Many of the women spoke about how rarely they had been...

I want to ask you a genuine, slightly uncomfortable question today: When was the last time you consciously, intentionally sat down and explored your values - and how you actually embody them in your life? Not the values you inherited. Not the values you were told a good woman or a good believer should hold. Not the values you think you’re supposed to claim. I mean the values that you, in your adult, sovereign, fully‑alive self, truly hold now. Most women I work with realise: They haven’t...
