Ye may have noticed that it's Tuesday when I'm sending this and not Monday. Ye may also have noticed a distinct lack of an email last week. I'm sorry. Basically, my stress levels are extremely high right now. It's affecting food, sleep, cognitive ability, patience, everything. Which is why I'm in work before 7am on less than 3 hours sleep. I recognise this feeling. I'm getting closer and closer to burnout by the day. But - in a fine example of learning by the 4th or 5th time something happens...
