Over the past few days, Iâve been sitting with what unfolded on Saturday - and also with the quiet messages many of you have sent since. There is a theme emerging. When a woman stops running from her spiritual past⌠A new question rises: âIf I am free - what do I choose now?â This place is not dramatic. Itâs a return to sovereignty. And the moment a woman reaches this point, something subtle shifts: ⨠She begins listening for what still feels true. Not because she wants to tear down her past - but because she wants to reclaim her future. Iâm hearing from so many of you that this is where you are standing right now: Not rebelling. But discerning. And discernment requires two things that most spiritual environments never taught us: 1ď¸âŁTimeâ Time to sit with your real questions. On Saturday, I watched a whole (virtual) room of women step into that space - possibly for the first time in their lives. And I keep thinking: What might happen if this wasnât a oneâoff moment⌠but an ongoing practice?â Iâm building something for exactly this kind of woman. Something for those who arenât looking to reject their past⌠Iâll be sharing more very soon. For now, Iâd love you to ask yourself: If clarity was allowed⌠what truth would finally surface? Iâd love to hear whatâs unfolding for you. BrĂd libh Ărlagh P. S. If you felt a pull while reading this, trust it. Thereâs a reason this conversation resonates so deeply right now - and Iâm building the next step with you in mind. Check out the links below: âBrigid's Forge Schoolâ âWebsiteâ |
I'm dedicated to helping women in particular develop their spiritual path in life. I'm focused heavily on Brigid in Ireland, although not all my followers are! I teach, speak, coach and mentor people to help them along their own individual path, based on what lore we have, but also allowing for each individual path to develop as it needs to.
On Saturday, inside Restriction to Freedom, something became unmistakable. When women are given space - real space - they do not actually want to run away from their spiritual past. They are trying to understand it. Again and again, what surfaced was not rebellion â but a desire for clarity. đClarity about what still feels alive. đClarity about what no longer nourishes. đClarity about what was inherited⌠and what is actually chosen. Many of the women spoke about how rarely they had been...

I want to ask you a genuine, slightly uncomfortable question today: When was the last time you consciously, intentionally sat down and explored your values - and how you actually embody them in your life? Not the values you inherited. Not the values you were told a good woman or a good believer should hold. Not the values you think youâre supposed to claim. I mean the values that you, in your adult, sovereign, fullyâalive self, truly hold now. Most women I work with realise: They havenât...
