(Yes, my name is meant to be in the subject line, not yours!) I'm getting a lot of questions about if this program is for you if you are or used to be: ✝️Christian ☦️Orthodox ✡️Jewish ☪️Muslim ⚛️Science-oriented 🕉️Ayurvedic 🛕Hindu ⛩️Shinto ... or indeed any other religion, spirituality or creed. And ok, I'm going to be honest. I talk a lot about Brigid during the Brigid's Path Collective. So, at the very least, you need to be comfortable with that, before you join. But then, my whole thing is about Brigid and what she gets me to do, so if you're not comfortable hearing about Brigid on the regular, I'm kinda questioning why you're agreeing to receive emails from me! I've worked with predominantly Christian women in my coaching, whether one-to-one or in groups. But there have been men, non-binary people, Jewish people, Muslim people, people who don't consider themselves spiritual at all... I work with a diverse mix of people. All sorts. I read a post on Facebook earlier and it's been playing on my mind, since. It's about the ship, RMS Carpathia, the one that rescued the survivors from the Titanic. And it serves as a teachable moment I think, given the state of the world, and various states within that world. The Carpathia was about 4 hours away from the Titanic when they received the distress call, by any reasonable engineer's estimate. But they shut down all other power to the ship except for engines and dining rooms to...
I'm getting a lot of questions around the time commitment for this program. And I get it, I really do. You have a life. A job. Kids maybe. Parents. Sick relatives. Caring responsibilities no one else is aware of. It's not the right time to devote six months to your spiritual growth. Can I let you into a secret? It's never the right time. Seriously. And if you leave it too long, Brigid has been known to take things into her own hands and create said time for you. Which is less than pleasant...
I'm so sorry. I knew today was Thursday. I knew today was 1st May. I knew today was Bealtaine. I completely forgot how irresponsible it is to recommend buying anything today!! According to Irish tradition, butter stealing has strong effect on May morning. So don't spend anything (i.e. give away your wealth and prosperity for the year) between sunset May eve and sunset May day.
