I've had a few questions & queries about the Imbolc retreat, so here we go! Why six hours? Well, because I think that's how lonlong a day long retreat can feasibly last. Any longer, and we'll all be wiped out. Any shorter? Well, we'd be rushing. Is a blankie truly necessary? No, not 100% necessary. But I believe comfort is massively important whether meditating.
