So, there is a massive benefit to turning up live. I hope all are well here. I'm snowbound. For those who don't know - Ireland is going through a bit of a cold spell this week. We had enough snow to be extremely problematic on Sunday/ Monday. That has now frozen over and we're due temps of -8C tonight. (17F for those not used to Celsius!) So, I'm stuck in the house and working from home. I've had a few questions & queries about the Imbolc retreat, so here we go! Why six hours? Well, because I think that's how lonlong a day long retreat can feasibly last. Any longer, and we'll all be wiped out. Any shorter? Well, we'd be rushing. Is a blankie truly necessary? No, not 100% necessary. But I believe comfort is massively important whether meditating.
