This week's post on the blog is a checklist to help you choose the right spiritual coach for you. I appreciate that I'm not for everyone. Honestly, I get it. I'm what my Nana used to call a "strong personality" and frankly, that can be a complete turn off for some people. That's ok - there will be other people out there for you, if that's the case. If I am for you though, I have some exciting news! Well, 2 bits of exciting news. 1) I got so much reaction to my last few emails that I'm opening my calendar for next week (this week is gone, see later in this email!) 2) I'm getting ready to launch the support sessions for folks in the US who are dealing with the fuckwittery that is permeating the current administration. So, as to why this week is gone? Well, my darling husband is in for an operation on Wednesday, we need to go to the Big Schmoke to get it done (Dublin) which means I'm living with my parents for a few nights. Less than ideal if I'm honest, but we'll get there. If you fancy lighting a candle for Al on Wednesday, please feel free. But it means I'm on nursing/caring duties for most of the week and Al comes first. So, no new calls this week. As for the support sessions. Well here's the thing - I want to run a monthly support group for those affected by the current swing to the right. I'm mainly focusing in the US for this, predominantly because so much of our community is there. (If you are elsewhere in the world and would like something similar set up, let me know) I want to make this affordable, but not free for everyone because people don't always value what there is no cost to. Plus it will cost me to set this up and keep it running. So there is a cost of $25 per month. Also, to ensure privacy, sessions won't be recorded, although any resources shared will be shared in the course in teachable with the originators permission. However, for every paid person who signs up, I will be offering a scholarship. I know $25 a month is beyond many people, especially given the tariff situation causing prices rises in the US. So, if you want to sign up, you will also be supporting another member of the community to join as well. And if you are in need of a scholarship, just reply to this email and I'll add your name to the list on a first come, first served basis. Please note, this is aimed at US folks right now, but if other areas around the world want or need this, let me know and we'll get things set up. In the meantime, I hope people are healthy and happy today. Bríd libh Órlagh P. S. what's stopping you from signing up? Check out the links below: Patreon Website |
I'm dedicated to helping women in particular develop their spiritual path in life. I'm focused heavily on Brigid in Ireland, although not all my followers are! I teach, speak, coach and mentor people to help them along their own individual path, based on what lore we have, but also allowing for each individual path to develop as it needs to.
This week's blog post was describing some things that coaching isn't. And I got a fair few responses to it. Mostly along the lines of "I don't think coaching is for me". 😊 You know yourself better than anyone else, and I trust you to know what's best for you. But I want you to consider a few things: 🤔 Who do you think coaching is for? I used to think it was just for executives and senior managers. But I completely overlooked the number of "ordinary" people who use coaches. Whether it's for...
On Saturday, I finished up the Brigid for Writers series I was doing with Courtney Weber. We had a great time and we are definitely going to be working together again. I really enjoyed it. (Fair warning though, even aside from my political views, it is really looking unsafe for any tourist in the US right now, so my decree that I will not set foot in the place voluntarily right now is only getting stronger!) But Courtney asked me a question at the end that stopped me a bit - she asked what...
It's rare I go this long without emailing ye any more. Some of ye may be thinking it's rare ye get a break at all these days (if that's you, there's a button to unsubscribe down below, seriously, you won't offend me!) But I needed the rest. And I'm coming back feeling more energetic, with more ideas and more thoughts than usual. Want to more know?
