Or leads to people diving away from me. (OK that's enough with the sports stuff!) Part of the reason is that I've been getting a lot of queries about the Brigid Sessions, so I've put together a product page for them. If you'd like to try me out, just click on this link and you can buy the sessions. I'll follow up with sending you a link to book the first session and we'll go from there. (Originally, I was going to just send out a paypal invoice but there's been a lot of uptake and this is easier! If you already have a paypal invoice, don't worry, you don't need to do this as well!) And I got a lot of feedback on my menopause post as well. I'm glad it struck a chord with so many people, but also so sorry that so many people have been going through so many horrendous ordeals. As a person with a uterus in this life, it seems like the medical genre is resolutely opposed to helping us. But there is peer-reviewed research out there that suggests things that can help. As you know, I'm not willing to prescribe things to a wide audience like this (well, unless it's lighting a candle to Brigid), but if you hop on Google Scholar and search for "menopause supplements", you may find some interesting and accessible ways to help. I haven't tried any of these yet myself, I'm hitting the health shop tomorrow. And I'm not saying these will work for you. But I am saying that, despite the broad ignorance of how to treat menopause among the medical community in some areas, there are a lot of folk out there who are interested, who want to help and who are prepared to share information. (Also, if you haven't used Google Scholar before, sometimes it takes you to paywalls. I'm very much not recommending the use of Sci-Sci-Hub as a means to get around this. Sci-Hub is a website that allows you to access many scientific articles for free, thereby taking cash from the mouths of multi-million dollar companies that make a fortune from the efforts of researchers all over the globe. Researchers don't get paid for publishing so you're not taking money from people earning a living. Just, y'know, FYI. ) A lot of information there and I'm sorry about that! But my emails this week appear to have hit a chord, so here we are. BrÃd libh Órlagh P. S. Don't forget to either reply to this email to find out more about the Brigid Sessions or click on this link to sign up! P. P. S. And never forget: no matter what your doctor tells you, if you're going to the effort of trying to see a medical professional and paying that money for it (NHS patients excepted on the last one), chances are you're not imagining it and there is something to investigate!! I'm dedicated to helping women in particular develop their spiritual path in life. I'm focused heavily on Brigid in Ireland, although not all my followers are! I teach, speak, coach and mentor people to help them along their own individual path, based on what lore we have, but also allowing for each individual path to develop as it needs to.
I mean, I know this is a consequence of getting older, but this is getting old. I had two days off the day job last week and I spent it clearing out my wardrobe. And worse, considered this a valuable use of time off work. What the hell? I have another two days off this week (got time I need to use or lose) and I'm planning on a deep clean of the bathroom and I'm really looking forward to it. Add this to my recent digestive issues, leading to a change in dietary habits, and I'm getting very...
I know. I'm writing an email a mere day after the last one. This is most un-Orlagh like behaviour, but bear with me, ok? I started getting some menopause-type symptoms a few years ago, but it was bearable. An increase in hair on my face. Spots for a week a month. A bit more tired than normal. But, y'know, dealable with. It was ok. And I was kinda thinking of ways to make this work for me - treating it as puberty again, but this time, paying respect to myself, my body, my spirit, my needs. And...
First off, I had a huge response to my email on Friday and I appreciate your concerns. So here are some of the answers to the most asked questions I've been asked: ✅All the courses have download links against the videos, audios and pdf files. If you come across one that doesn't, let me know and I'll figure out why it doesn't. ✅You have at least a month before the school changes over. ✅I will be enrolling you in the new platform so you won't lose anything long term. But I know how annoying it...
